Hey peeps, the shrewd dude with the cool sneakers is back from his long absence from writing stuff in this coolest of the cool blogs here. While I was away plenty of peeps were asking me about what is real and what is fakes in the essential skate shoes and how can you tell the difference in real and fake Vans shoes. Well, I believe I already wrote a post all about that exact subject back here: Are Your Vans Shoes Fake. So if you want all the detailed explanations then that's the post to go read for all that stuff you need if you want to know what is and what is not!
So that sort of leaves this old dude with a hole where some interesting reading could been written. But there ain't nothing worse then duplicating all the stuff all over again, so I'll take something like the overview of the situation. Just so as you know something that probably other folks might not know about the real or the fake merchandise.
Now, the number one thing that is so obvious it truly has to be a no brainer when you really set your old brain to work is the price you gonna pay for your essential footwear in the cool sneakers department. The real deal is the ones that gonna cost you what the retail price says they cost. Well, at least in the cases where you gonna buy your cool shoes from a correct store that sells them. If you getting them someplace else, then man you taking a chance and that's all there is to it.
Sure, you maybe have some buddy who says "Hey man, I got a pair of these cool skate shoes just for you and they half the price what they is in the stores" then you either got knock offs or they're hot merchandise. Its up to you what you do. If you want to take the chance they fake or hot and pay the man the money, either way they ain't legal. Not only that, you gotta live with walking on the street with those sneakers on your feet and every time you see a cop you gonna feel guilty and the cop is gonna look at your face and he's gonna wanna know why you looking guilty! Try explaining that!
Or maybe you gone to the street market and one of the market guys is selling these skate shoes and cheap cheap prices man, they're knock offs ain't no way they anything else or the price would be higher unless they hot too.
So in these situations, why you wanna know how to check for real or fake merchandise when common sense is already telling you what you wanna know but maybe not what you wanna hear. Ain't that the truth!
Man, its your decision. Take them or leave them but if you take them, don't go feeling guilty or stuff in case some cop hauls you ass downtown cause maybe he thinks he reads on your face you dealing when really you just got a pair of hot sneakers on your feet!

Wear Vans Shoes
Howdy peeps, its cool to be back here writing this here little old Vans Shoes blog of mine yet again. I guess the once monthly thing is where its gonna be at these days what with havin' so much on the go these days. But what can yo do dudes and dudesses? Anyhow, here is my post for the month of flamin' June where I get to tell you what you already know is the coolest thing to do in this month and that be to wear Vanes shoes everywhere you go!
Hey hey, I'm always interested to be in the know about what goes on in the world of footwear and of course the essential shoes in the news! The skate shoes revolution is still with us baby and it ain't slowin' down for no one! More and more peeps is wearing the essentially cool vans shoes to all kind of places and not just the skateboard parks where the faithful congregates to show off their skills with thrills and spills!
So you probably sitting there reading all this verbal mumbo jumbo that I's spouting out from my well worn keyboard and wonderin' if the old dude is sitting there in his best finery and a cool pair of Vans slip ons keepin his feet in the lap of luxury, of is he sitting there in his jogging pants and bare feet!
Ha, I can tell you to rest assured peeps that this old dude likes to wear his Vans slip on shoes when he's typin the golden words onto his laptop whatever the time of day or night and that's the truth! Its the essence of this important post I'm writing all about the wearing of the cool footwear itself so of course I should be wearing on my feet what I'm typing about on my keypad!
Plus as you probably already guessed, I don't have any really useful other news to tell you right now that hasn't already been said on the official Vans Shoes website blog. And if I duplicate it here they get pissed and do sneaky cowardly stuff like reporting the site for somesuch nonsense that ain't true. And then you gotta wait ages for the peeps in power to realize this here is one harmless dude of a blog and then it gets let outta its cage again. What a game is all of this stuff man!
Any hows peeps, when the dude hisself don't have squat worth writing about, then I guess its not fair to keep you from doin' your work or whatever you stopped doin' to read this little old blog and the nonsense its old dude of a writer is goin' on about. So for now until the next time I find nothing to write about of much in here, I'll say ciao for now baby and keep on rememberin' to wear Vans shoes on your feet cause they're cool as cool can be!

How to Wear Vans Shoes
How to wear Vans Shoes, man this has to be the toughest dilemma of the month! So here at this little old blog, I thought I'd be real helpful to you needy folks who don't know the essentials of how wear Vans shoes.
You just have to 'scuse me while I go off and pee meself laughing for a sec.. Hey hey now I'm done. I can get back to this most serious of serious crucial business here! Well its not every day that this old dude gets to write something in his little old sneakers blog with such obvious artistic and aesthetic value, didn't ya know!
Ok, I know what you're thinking and just go with the flow here. Cause flow I surely am... The coolest way to wear Vans shoes is laced up with jeans coming over the tops of the shoes casual style. You can wear them either with the tongue poking out some or laced in tight, either way is cool and it don't matter none what model, whether half cabs, sk8-hi's, chukkas, authentics or lows or whatever. It pretty much works however the mood takes you cause there's no rules or uniform regulations when it comes to wearing the coolest of the cool shoes.
To emphasize this li'l old piece of literary masterfulness, I posted a descriptively excellent pic here that sorta shows what I mean by what I say. I kinda went a little over the top with the color and stuff in Fireworks but I thought purple on a green deck looked kinda surreal an' all! Hey, what d'ya think? Extremely cool or has the old guy gone completely gaga and he's just waiting for the men in the white coats to come get him an' haul his ass off to the crazy farm... hehe, don't you just love to be able to write whatever mental mush is swirlin' around in you brain and you can still publish it?
Man, that's probably what these fashionable artists do when they create their masterpieces out of old, unmade beds and whatever they had for that midnight snack last night... I can just imagine how it goes: "Hey, quick man phone the Tate, I just created a $4 million masterpiece here and I gotta sell it to some whacked out dude with deep pockets before the pizza starts growing mold on it!"
Haha, don't you just love it. I'd laugh some more except that sorta thing is a little too close to the cold hard truth. And no one likes to hear THAT!
So that's the meat and potatoes of this little old post for today on this veritable font of sneakers knowledge and information! And I believe I did a real good job of refraining from sayin' that you kinda need to wear Vans shoes on your feet...

Rise Against Shoes!
Welcome back one and all to this cool Vans Shoes blog and its even cooler than cool author! Ok, maybe not so cool, but this guy tries his damdest! Anyhow peeps, what have I got in store for you today on the subject of the essential classic Vans shoes?
Well, I chose a title that leads us down the garden path wearin' the groovy sneakers of course, that is somethin' like tongue in cheek in its own sweet way. What I'm sayin' is metaphorically this little old blog has been takin' a pounding in the Google just lately and so peeps ain't findin' me again, so with the power of this here post, I aims to get it back into where is was before, so that it will rise up against all the other shoes blogs like a phoenix outta the ashes of the fire and re-take its rightful place among the top players.
Now did I hear somebody say, "In your dreams old man?"
Hehe, I dreams a lot, so that could be as true as anythin' else around here! Now, folks are probably wonderin' what I got to say about the cool footwear from the skateboard parks and tracks seein' as this is a new post an'all. Well, I hears on the grapevine that you can get all the latest news from the blog on the official Vans Shoes website at http://www.vans.com/vans/ so there ain't much point in me reproducin' it all here and then gettin' myself into more trouble with the peeps over there!
So what's happenin' right now is I'm sittin' here typin' this here blog wearin' some cool Vans slip on shoes to keep my tootsies warm instead of freezin' them off down here... Hey, ain't that somethin' Hugh Cornwell sorta sang on the first Strangler's album? Ha! Like you peeps are old enough to remember that! Oh crap, it means I am really that old! Sheesh...
Anyhow, what could be better than sippin' a nice cup of coffee wrapped up in a warm fleece and super comfy slip on shoes keepin' the all-important writer's feet warm and snug? Hell, nothin' that's what! So on that note of irreverence and ramblistical nonsense, I leave you to your day, happily knowin' that I didn't take up too much of yo sweet time by writin' more mediocre rubbish than I usually does! Ha!

Vans Skateboard Shoes
Well hello and hello once more peeps, welcome back to this little old blog all about the essential and highly classic Vans shoes! This old sneakers wearin' writer is back for a new year and a new, more ecologically friendly super cool blogging stance, so here I is followin' up on the previous skate oriented post Vans Skate Shoes and Sports, with another cooler than cool look at the real popular skateboard shoe itself!
Now first I have to make a slight apology on behalf of what I did in that last post first up and that's I took some info that I came across from the official Vans shoes blog and wrote it up in here. Sure, I wrote in in my own words, well mostly, but it seems some dude over there took offense to my little old blog and got me in a heap of troubles with the nice folks at the Google engine. So this little old blog spend most of this month back in jail and out of the index, which is why you nice peeps couldn't find little ol' me! Well, I realize my errors pretty swift, an' put that right by taking out mosta the duplicated stuff so I guess that cleared things up and I have noticed this friendly little blogger appearing once again in the pages of the ages!
Ha! I love writin' stuff in here even when it mostly sounds like a tumble of mumbles hehe, but it is all for a very good reason why I's here o'course. And that's to talk about the essential Vans shoes, in fact right now in this post I want to mention the all important skateboard shoes on account of they are the essential footwear of the skateboard totin' fraternity the world over. So what little gems of footwear sneakers do the man from Vans shoes have that would interest my hopefully not unduly confused readers?
Well, I see there's some new kids in the shoe shop in the form of some ecstatically cool Rowley Shambles to add to the collection along with some fresh No Skool 2 shoes and Hosoi SK8-Hi Vert Pro that look extremely extreme I have to say! But what about the old stuff? well, I heard it on a shaky grapevibe that maybe the Rise Against Vans Shoes is no longer to be in the ever growing range of the cool sneakers. I dunno how true that is, but i'tll be a shame to see the disappear from sight. Well, what will be, will be - it is what it is, as they say. Whoever "they" is, anyway!
Now don't say I don't go temptin' you with too much in the way of mouth waterin' classic Vans skateboard shoes and anything that's new in the Vans shoe shop is fair game for me to mention right here in this little old blog. That's cause peeps read this believe it or not and if they like what they read, they's gonna head over and buy thems some cool shoes ain't that the truth? Man, I already gotta go and check theys sneakers out fer my little old self now! Hey, I gone sold it to myself - man, I do that all the time hehe!
So that's that for today's little squawk talk on the crucial footwear for cooler than cool dudes and dudesses and I'll be seein' you all again real soon fo sure!

Vans Skate Shoes and Sports
Well hi there peeps! It ain't been too long since my last post here where I looked at Sneakers By Any Other Name Like Vans Shoes. This ol' cheeky sneaker seeker is back at the keypad typin' his favorite little ol' blog about the coolest of the cool Vans shoes once more! Hehe, I'm gettin' good at the clever word play just lately as you might have gathered there!
So what's this old coot got to write about this time in his uber cool blog this time? Well, I just noticed that the holidays are slippin' past real fast an' I missed my chance to write a seasonal greeting to one and all, so this have to be a belated one as my own haphazard schedule don't mean nothin' to no one just lately! So happy days, dudes and dudesses!
Now that's done, what be a special style of the essential cool shoes that I can go and focus my beady little ol' eye on at this present moment in time I ask?
Well, in answer to that (ow' voices in my head? Cooool!) hows about I talk some of what's new in the land of skate shoes and skate peeps.
I just heard that Andreas Wiig, the Vans Snow Team rider placed 4th in the Winter Dew Tour slopestyle. So there's a added slice of sports info for bringing some variety to this little ol' blog about the seriously cool Vans skateboard shoes and all whom wear them!
Other than that, this old blogger is still wearin' his nice comfy Vans Slip ons on his tired old feet while he sits at this old computer typing this stuff up! Oh yes indeedee! In fact, something funny just happened and I wonder what goin' down with this little old blog. Seems I just went and disappeared from that Google index again, cause all of a sudden, no one is find me again. Guess someone might be doing somethin' not very nice to this little old blogger like last time. Hell, if it ain't hard enough just keepin my little old self to my little old self with my coolest of the cool Vans shoes on my feet, know what I mean.
So now you can't go sayin' I ain't never bringin' you nothin' new to this little space in the blogin'sphere... hehe, I sure like to keep it interestin' that fo sure!

Sneakers By Any Other Name Like Vans Shoes
Hey peeps, the old sneaker wearin' blogger is back with some more mischief and mayhem! My last post How to Tell if Your Vans Shoes Are Fake, was on the straight n serious path of figuring if your essential classic Vans shoes are fake or if theys the real deal.
Well, now I gonna have to start lookin' into the possibilities with what I want to see happenin' with this little old blog. Don't worry your sweet little self's that I might be changin' sides here - no way man! The title of this post "Sneakers By Any Other Name Like Vans Shoes" is a little experiment as is some minor heading layout changes I'm makin' here.
Y'see its all very fine to be writing stuff about the coolest shoes on the planet for all the skateboard totin' crew and thems that just like to have the feeling of them truly comfortable sneakers on their feet. And you see I put up a couple ads to see if I can attract a little revenue into my mostly empty pockets. But they ain't cuttin' the mustard right now and I have to start thinkin' why that should be.
Plenty peeps is finding this little old blog now that I see it appearing in the Google pages here and there for some nice things like classic Vans shoes, skateboard shoes, or Rise Against Vans shoes and all the other footwear variations of this exciting brand that peeps are lookin' for. Problem is that the clever program that figures the display of ads is seein' the word Vans next to Shoes and thinking I'm talking about the paneled vehicular types of them and not so the footwear ones that goes on your feet! So when folks stop by and see the ads, they ain't interested in driving nothin' 'cept their skateboards and wearing cool sneakers!
So I got to be puttin' my dusty old thinkin' cap on here and figurin' a few things out.
So don't worry that my titles are changin' and stuff cause I'm tryin' to figure how to get the right ads to trigger then I can be doin' what I like to do once again and that's write about the essentially coolest of the cool Vans shoes! You know how much I truly adore my own comfortable pair of the classic Vans slip ons which I wear to keep my tootsies warm while I write this little old blog! Ha!

Problem is that the clever program that figures the display of ads is seein' the word Vans next to Shoes and thinking I'm talking about the paneled vehicular types of them and not so the footwear ones that goes on your feet! So when folks stop by and see the ads, they ain't interested in driving nothin' 'cept their skateboards and wearing cool sneakers!
So I got to be puttin' my dusty old thinkin' cap on here and figurin' a few things out.
So don't worry that my titles are changin' and stuff cause I'm tryin' to figure how to get the right ads to trigger then I can be doin' what I like to do once again and that's write about the essentially coolest of the cool Vans shoes! You know how much I truly adore my own comfortable pair of the classic Vans slip ons which I wear to keep my tootsies warm while I write this little old blog! Ha!

How to Tell if Your Vans Shoes Are Fake
I get asked by peeps every now and then how to tell if your vans shoes are fake. Well now, after my last post where I talk the talk about them Vans Slip On Shoes, I gonna let you into the secret of what some of them telltale signs you can watch out for. Then you can see if them Vans Shoes you got are fake or the real deal, know what I'm sayin' here.
Well for starters, the peeps in the know say that the genuine Vans Shoes will bend at the toe, whereas them nasty cheap replica Vans knock offs are stiff and unbending shoes, on account of them using the cheapest of the cheap materials in the making and manufacturing of them.
Check the essential cool shoes you gonna buy have the Vans Shoes symbol on the back of the shoe, cause a lot of the time those cheap fake Vans shoes miss them off. Yeah, it sometimes be the most obvious that be missed by the most!
You know yourself how much you pay for your nice shoes and them classic Vans shoes cost around $40 a pair or thereabouts, so if you get them and they only cost you half that or less, you can probably say you been fitted up with some fake sneakers. Or the other alternative excuse here is they the real deal but been stolen and they is hot, hot sneakers, man!

Look at any stitching and see if its good cause if stitch lines are not straight or go all over the place, they been done by some sweat shop in China or someplace. Likewise look at how the shoe is put together, cause real Vans shoes are made well, but them fake shoes is lookin' cheap and you can usually spot that just by looking at them.
Most of all when you shoppin' for the essential classic Vans shoes and you want the real deal and not some bad nasty fake things then you mostly need to employ the services of you own common sense, know what I mean, cause you usually can spot the obvious from the truth if you put you brains to work ever now an again, man!

Vans Shoes Talk the Talk
Now when you be talking the talk about things like Vans Shoes sponsorship and important stuff like that, well here is where the Vans Shoes talk is talkin'! Say, a month went past and I did post anything in here since Where'd My Van Shoes Be?, cause its sort of disheartening when you put some effort into a blog to make it nice and reader-friendly and then someone who think they know better go and take this ole' Van Shoe blog off the listing in that certain search engine!
Maybe they think this some spam Vans Shoes site?
Oh yeah? Who am I spammin? I don't see any emails going from this place to anyone in-box, so that ain't it. I don't see a page full of ads and no writing about the essential classic Van Shoes that this little old blog is all about - or maybe someone just a little impatient and think we all write at the same speed as everyone else?
Ha! Van Shoes built for runnin', sure but this old writer built for comfort hahahah!
So if anyone there from the powers that be want to take another look at this old Van Shoes blog and see it ain't no badass spammin site, cause there's a real person writing this stuff and real people that were reading it before it got took away from their eyes!
How much more evidence d'ya need to tell the difference, like there is between vans and plimsolls or something, from some badass spammin crap site that don't write nothin' for anyone to read and a good fun read about the Man with the Vans shoes on his feet and the keyboard as his voice?
Man, enough of all that crap, let's just get on an' write my stuff and maybe some people will still find me to read what I like to ramble 'bout in here. I like it better when Bob Marley music is playin' on the radio cause man, he could really sing that old reggae music and rock the socks off a this new stuff that around and no one really likes! I bet he woulda wear Vans Shoes when the cameras not on him and followin' him around. Ha! I bet lots of famous people wear Van Shoes too, but maybe they keep that to themselves or wait until they get some Vans Shoes sponsorship like all them very rich sports people. Now there's a soothin' thought. Vans Shoe sponsorship... Like them rich guys need the free Vans Shoes... Man, they should sponsor me for writing about the classic Vans Shoes in this little old blog!
Be nice with some complimentary Vans Shoes on my feet, like some new Van Shoe classics or even some of them really cool Vans Rowley Motörhead Limited Edition while I write about this stuff make me feel the whole thing worthwhile. Why Wear Van Shoes
Why wear Vans shoes? Well now the reason why should have vans shoes is one thing, but as wearing Vans shoes is the theme of this little old posts right here! Last time on this Van Shoes blog I posted a great article entitled Why Choose Van Shoes?, which really went into why you would choose Van Shoes to wear whenever you go out and be seen. So let's follow that on with more really good reasons to be wearing Van Shoes while you are out and about.
Well the first and foremost reason you must be wearing Van Shoes when you go out into the street is to be seen in them. Of course, your friends will be wearing Vans Shoes too, so you don't want to be left out of the crowd by having some boring shoes on your feet that have no name or no brand and that's because they are nobody's shoes.
When you wear nobody's shoes, you are nobody! Period.
So be somebody and wear some real good looking Van Shoes today, tomorrow and all of your tomorrows so that your friends know you are a somebody and not a nobody. That's real crucially important, don't you think?
Second reason to be wearing Van Shoes is what they are very well made shoes and thems are nice and comfortable on your feet. What better reason, except for the first one I just said, can you think of to be wearing anybody's shoes? Especially when they're somebody's shoes like the classic Van Shoes. "Comfort" and "well made" is two little things what go together hand in hand in Van Shoes. Man, on a practical level this is a truy good reason to be having the classic Van Shoes on your feet. In fact, hey let's make that more than just one very crucial reason, because its a damn important reason if I ever heard a one to be wearing Vans shoes!
Third reason. What in the hell do you need a third reason to be wearing Van Shoes when I already give you two of the best reasons and there can be no other? Oh, man!
What, you think maybe I know of some really cool third reason why wear Van Shoes and I'm not telling? What you think maybe Vans shoes smell or something? You think I'm holding back on you for reasons that are known only to meself and my little old dog who just happen to be sitting right here on my lap watching me type this out?
Nah. There are only them two crucial reasons why wear Van Shoes... Anything else is plain gravy!

Why choose Van Shoes over other makes of casual shoes? Well the question "why choose Van Shoes" leads us nicely on from our last post Wear Van Shoes Where?, where I pointed out the origins of Van Shoes from their humble beginnings in the first store that was empty save for three demo pairs of Van Shoes and a shop full of racks that only had empty boxes in them!
So now let's come up to date by posing the question, "Why Choose Van Shoes" and looking for the straight answer. Not the answer you'd expect to find on a site that sold them and were simply giving you a sales pitch, because that would just lead you to think that you were being asked Why Choose Van Shoes just so they can give you your reason and make you believe you thought of it. So here, I'm not going to tell you why choose Van Shoes at all, I'm going to let you decide that for yourself but just give you some reasons other people might why choose Van Shoes over other brands.
Well, the reason you'd why choose Van Shoes is probably down to personal choice as being the most important factor of why choose Van Shoes. Personal choice is really the main reason you do anything, although many people are easily influenced by advertisers and their clever tactics.
Like you could be shown a really great picture of one of the Van Shoes range and it might be enhanced to make the van shoe look better than it is in real life. Just like the fast food chains like McDonalds show you a picture of a Big Mac that looks really BIG and juicy and packed full of great stuff so you really want to go eat one right now, but when you go to your local McDonalds the burger you get is flat and limp and greasy and tasteless apart from all the mustard and shite they put on it so you feel ripped off except you never say anything. Right?
Same deal goes for why choose Van Shoes or any other brand say Nike or Reebok or Addidas they all look really great in the picture and they make you reaally want to go buy a pair right now. But when you get to the store and try them on they are clean and smell fresh and you don't see the price tag until its too late. You're hooked and you've tried them on and you want them so bad you'll pay the price cause you can't face walking out of that store empty handed. Right?

It's a little snippet of the history of Van Shoes and how the company came about. What's interesting is that teh creators of Van shoes actually opened their first store with no actual stock inside - that's right, not a single Van Shoes to be seen on any of the racks. Just empty boxes!

Can you imagine people walking into the store wanting to wear Van Shoes, Where are they? they'd ask! They'd be spending a few minutes looking around before they realized they were looking at nothing but empty boxes! Vans Shoes
The special Vans Shoes is the topic and following on from my first ever post right here in this little old blog that got started back then entitled: Van Shoes, it's time to give you a write-up about what exactly are Vans Shoes Of course you might be wonderin' why I call this little blog "Van Shoes" without the "s" as they're also albeit incorrectly known as.
Yep, you might have noticed that funny thing the name of this blog is actually Van Shoes, but you know that's only cause more people are searchin' on the exact term Van Shoes in the Google machine than they does for the special Vans Shoes, so I wanted this little old blog here to get noticed by more people! Well, that's the reason, my friend! I said I was gonna tell ya, and I told ya!
Well lets start talking in here about the important stuff to do with with the range of the Vans Shoes and what they got.
Well first up what I want to talk about right here is vegan shoes. Vegan Shoes are exactly what they say they are - vegan friendly vans shoes. That's without animal products in the manufacture for all those of you what don't know what that's about. So the vegan van shoes range is surprisingly extensive you know with some great names such like "Old Skool" and "Rise Against Old Skool" which I think is pretty cool, specially if you still at school and all!
Then there's "Geoff Rowley Squares" and "Geoff Rowley XL3 for Men" and "Geoff Rowley XL3 for Boys" and "Geoff Rowley Classic for Men" and "Geoff Rowley Classic for Boys" man, that's a lot of Geoff Rowley classic vegan, men must like his name on their shoes in the names there and oh yeah for you heavy metal fans out there who must be seen with the essential heavy metal stuff theres Vans Shoes Motorhead designed styles like the "Geoff Rowley Motorhead Edition" and "Geoff Rowley Squares Motorhead Edition". Now That's a pretty cool range of limited edition vans shoes especially that Vans Rowley Motorhead... Man, Vans shoes Motorhead headbangers - can you believe that for a vegan shoe? How ultra cool is that!
These are all the very special limited edition Vans Shoes all being a part in the very special vegan range that are turning to be ultra-popular-a-rama oh yeah!
So that's a good start - there are more ranges of Vans Shoes to choose from, such as the limited edition vans shoes that I didn't mention right here in this little old post here, not to mention a whole host of other different types, styles and designs. And in later posts I'll be telling you just what they are too!
